Hi guys,

I have been diagnosed as suffering from sleep apnea although this is supposed to be mild

I wake up a couple of times in the night, I wake in the morning with bad headaches and not feeling refreshed at all this has been going on for 3 yrs, I do not get on with a CPAP mask as it is invasive and I wake up more when I use it, I am falling asleep at work which clearly is not ideal during the day I have to force myself to do anything. Should I consider buying a Respironics Dreamstation ( ) as I have heard some positive reviews about it?

I have no energy tearful and putting on weight please help I have been to the doctor this morning and nothing can be done.
