I was tested positive in a drug test that my employer conducted two days before. I was tested positive for opioids, I have never taken any drugs, in my entire life. I had an accident a few months back, and after that, I am having frequent pain in my legs. For that, I am taking pain killers almost every day. The painkillers probably contain opioids, I guess. Other than that, I can't think of any other way those drugs have found their way into my system. Five days before the drug test, I had taken a heavy dose of those painkillers because of unbearable pain. I had no idea that the drug testing solutions[http://www.spectrummdx.com/solutions/] that my company use would detect those. I have a healthy metabolism, and I did drink a lot of water until the drug test. I have been a valuable employee, and hence, they have given a second chance to take a retest. But I am afraid if those results would turn up positive. What can I do to change the test result negative? I can't stop taking the painkillers. Do any of you have similar experiences? Please help me out, guys. Thank you.
