A good friend is suffering some health issues and she ask me how I stay so healthy. My only reply to her was, "I exercise everyday". Even if we only have a few minutes to spare we need to get the heart pumping. I feel so much better and the rest of the day seems so much brighter. Reach 1, 2 3; bend 1, 2, 3; jog in place 1,2,3. You get the point.

Yes,I agree with you doing regular exercise is beneficial for health .But ,most of the women do not get sufficient time to exercise in their daily routine due to which they suffer from several diseases.To overcome this situation,One needs to take health supplements
