STEP ONE:
You select the plan that is right for you online
- Do you just want to know that your loved one is okay at a particular time of the day? – Select "Checking In."
- Do you want to check on a loved one and remind her to take her medications? – Select "Checking in + Daily General Medication Reminder."
- Does your loved one take multiple doses of medications and need a reminder for each dosage time and a way to check in? - then you should select the "Medication-Only Dosage Reminders."
STEP TWO:
Once you select a plan, then you will set up the details of the plan online – such as when is best to call and how you would like to be notified about your loved one’s response to the reminder calls.
STEP THREE:
Your loved one will start receiving the calls you have scheduled - and the first call will get his or her permission to enter the program. Your loved one will hear a message (which varies according to the plan selected) and will have a chance to respond to the call by pressing the keypad on the phone.
STEP FOUR:
You will get either a text message on your cell phone or an email depending on how you would like to be notified. This notification will let you know whether the call was answered and some basic information related to the questions asked depending on the plan.
